Chef Kaviraj Khialani is Swiss Certified in International Hotel Management & Culinary Arts.

He is a Master Chef in over 33 types of International Cuisines & is certified by the British Executive Overseas Training Center-United Kingdom.

He has worked with some of the reputed hotel chains like the Taj Group of Hotels & Taj Air Caterers, Mumbai. The Regent International Hotel, Bandra-Mumbai. Hotel Sun-n-Sand Juhu, Mumbai And International Airline catering companies like Kuwait Airways & Kuwait Aviation Services Company As a Sky Chef & Trainer for In-flight catering staff.

He has also authored a book on international food titled as “Arabic Cookery” which features over 120 recipes from around the middle-east which was published on 4th March 2004 in Mumbai.

Chef Kaviraj holds a Celebrity status in the Hospitality and food industry for his excellence in the field of training and development and has won several Gold medals and awards have been given to him by renowned hotel professionals in India and overseas, he has also been featured on air hosting his talk show on innovative food on all India radio.

He was found cooking his creative recipes for the first time on television on IFB STAR SUNDAY LUNCH, a cookery show on STAR PLUS in the year 2000.

He was also a the first celebrity chef to be co-hosting a cookery show on COLORS channel titled LG MALLIKA-E-KITCHEN which was on air for its 1st season of 13 episodes.

Chef Kaviraj has also endorsed kitchen gadgets in the form of their advertisements on TV like DICE-O-SLICER which is often featured on Tele-mall.
